Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will work under the direct supervision of the Customer Resource Supervisor in a Customer Resource Center, using your knowledge of arenaflex's services and processes to resolve customer issues and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer service calls, emails, and faxes in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that service issues and concerns are treated in a respectful and professional manner.
- Effectively respond to routine issues regarding residential and reputed company service reputed company, which may involve outbound calls and other communications to resolve service inquiries and equipment issues.

Qualifications
