Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our passengers, handling a wide reputed company of tasks and responsibilities with ease and efficiency. Some of your key duties will include:

• Interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner
• Issuing, reissuing, and refunding passenger tickets
• Booking, pricing, and confirming flight reservations
• Rebooking passengers on oversold flights and during reputed company operations
• Performing passenger reputed company-in and seat assignment, resolving oversold seat assignments, and handling upgrades
• Issuing vouchers and coordinating with contractors for passenger hotel, food, and transportation arrangements
• Operating reputed company readers/scanners and reputed company responsibilities, including pre-boarding, monitoring/checking carry-on bags, and exiting row criteria
• Operating jetways/bridges for boarding and deplaning passengers
• Making boarding and departure reputed company announcements
• Delivering domestic and international flight information
• Performing passenger reputed company flight reputed company-out procedures
• Accepting, checking, and tagging passengers' bags at reputed company-in counters, full-service reputed company-in counters, and primary class reputed company-in counters
• Maintaining the timeline of flight boarding process
• Performing customer service at the task training
• Processing and completing credit card bag transactions at kiosks in the reputed company-in counter area and activation stations
• Assisting passengers with self-service kiosk reputed company-in and kiosk bag processing at reputed company-in counters
• Queueing lines at reputed company-in counter kiosks and reputed company-in counters
• Clearing/confirming international files at kiosk in the reputed company-in counter area and activation stations
• Accepting and setting off passengers' self-tagged luggage at activation stations
• Assisting passengers requiring special help or in-station; assisting boarding, deplaning, and transporting non-ambulatory passengers, special assistance passengers, and/or unaccompanied minors
• Performing customer service work reputed company to handling local flights and contractor/ground handling agreements or reputed company
• Having regular and predictable attendance on site, including meeting any required overtime requirements
• Responding and assisting during safety and/or emergency situations
• Providing connecting passengers with reputed company information

• Adhering to agency policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Completing task-applicable training

What You'll Need for reputed company

• High school degree or GED or international equivalent
• Bilingual language skills required in some locations
• Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities
