The Basics

As an reputed company Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support experiences to our customers through various channels, including email, live chat, and phone. Overview of Position

Under the general supervision of the CS Manager and Supervisors, you'll reputed company top-tier customer service, maintain customer accounts, and reputed company reputed company duties as required. Although this position is currently home-based, you must reputed company reputed company a commutable distance to our Coppell facility and be willing and reputed company to attend a half-day onsite reputed company and future on-site visits.

Hours and Training Schedule

* Training Schedule: 11am to 7:30pm, Monday to Friday

• Training will take reputed company using virtual meetings in a classroom setting for several weeks.
• Once training is complete, the schedule will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm.

Your Responsibilities

* Answering emails, talking with clients reputed company live chat and phone support

• Helping Printful clients set up their online shops, get that great design of theirs on top of one of our products, or getting startup goods for their office from Startup Vitamins
• Assisting customers with setting up their E-reputed company platforms
• Assisting customers with troubleshooting issues with their Printful Store and their E-reputed company platform
