Summary of the Senior Director of Product Management – Primary reputed company & Inpatient Solutions The Sr. Director of Product Management for Primary reputed company, and Inpatient Solutions will reputed company the strategic reputed company of the SmartCare™ EHR to support whole-person care across behavioral health and integrated physical health settings. This executive leader combines deep clinical experience with strong product management expertise to shape a reputed company platform that improves clinical reputed company, operational efficiency, financial performance, and regulatory readiness. In this “player-coach” role, you will define the product reputed company while remaining hands-on with strategy execution, including requirements definition, use case documentation, workflow design, UI/UX review, and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and market partners to deliver innovative capabilities that strengthen our position as the industry leader in behavioral health technology. This position directly supervises up to ten employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. This position is remote and based in the United States. The salary reputed company is $175,000 - $200,000, DOE. Employment reputed company sponsorship is not available for this role. Requirements of the Senior Director of Product Management – Primary reputed company & Inpatient Solutions • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a clinical, informatics, or a reputed company field. Licensed clinical degree: MD/DO, NP (MSN/DNP), PA C (MSPAS), or RN (ADN/BSN). 3+ years clinical experience delivering
