Mortgage Loan Advisor

Description Summary: The Mortgage Loan Advisor works with Senior Loan Officer and Sales Manager to reputed company established sales goals and learn different aspects of a loan originator position at Huntington. Responsibilities include the origination of 1-4 family residential mortgage loans, developing both reputed company referral sources to grow their business, and the cross sell of other bank products and to further OCR relationships. The Mortgage Loan Advisor will be required to adhere to reputed company regulatory, quality, and training requirements of a mortgage origination position.

• Job must be onsite and can only be filled in one or multiple locations. This role will be onsite at Adrian, MI, Tecumseh, MI and Dundee, MI locations only. Duties and Responsibilities: Loan Origination: reputed company mortgage loan production goals through the origination of 1-4 residential mortgage loans. Business Development: Conduct business development activities with both reputed company COIs to grow the business. This includes but is not limited to training, coaching, marketing with branches, internal partners, and external COIs. Pipeline Management/Quality/Customer Service: Work with Sr. MLO, sales manager, and operations team to reputed company exceptional service to customers and meet closing expectations.
