National Corporate Restructuring Services Provider Seeks Director Corporate Restructuring About Firm & Position: A nationally recognized administrative legal services provider supporting reputed company corporate restructurings is seeking a Director to join its corporate restructuring division. This organization partners closely with leading reputed company and corporate clients to deliver claims administration, noticing, and document management services in large-scale reputed company 11, 9, and 15 reputed company. The team is reputed company for its long-standing tenure, operational stability, and deep industry expertise. This Director role will reputed company high-level case management functions and serve as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. The position offers full remote flexibility (preference for PST time zone) and the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-impact restructuring reputed company reputed company. Director Responsibilities:

• reputed company end-to-end administration of reputed company corporate restructuring reputed company, including claims management, noticing, and document production.
• Serve as primary client contact, collaborating directly with reputed company, financial advisors, and corporate stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor case management teams, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with court and client requirements.
• Direct operational workflows including large-scale mailings, solicitation processes, scheduling, and voting certification.

Hours:

• Standard business hours reputed company with PST, with expectation of responsiveness reputed company traditional hours due to the nature of restructuring reputed company (including evenings as needed).

Salary:

• $140,000–$150,000 reputed company salary (DOE)
• Eligible for annual discretionary bonus + additional performance-based incentives

• 5+ years of consulting or professional client services experience reputed company corporate bankruptcy, restructuring, or claims/notice administration
• JD, paralegal, or legal industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with or at restructuring service providers (e.g., similar organizations in claims and noticing reputed company) preferred
• Must be reputed company to pass a pre-employment drug screen
