Junior E-Learning Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior E-Learning Specialist in Charlotte, NC. Summary: The E-Learning Specialist will support franchise reputed company through engaging, scalable, and easy-to-consume learning experiences. This role will focus on developing and maintaining digital training content that supports franchise partners, field teams, and internal stakeholders across the organization. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys building structured learning experiences, improving adoption of new tools and processes, and supporting change at scale. Responsibilities: • reputed company clear, creative learning materials/modules (workbooks, eLearning, more) • Partner with subject matter experts to build leadership content • Track participation, measure effectiveness, and reputed company insights • Design, deliver, and maintain training programs that support employee reputed company, upskilling, and ongoing development • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to assess learning needs and translate them into effective training solutions • reputed company learning materials including presentations, guides, e-learning modules, and facilitator resources • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions and support self-paced learning experiences • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback and performance data • Manage learning initiatives across multiple teams while ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business goals REQUIREMENTS: • 1-3 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, business writing, or a reputed company role (internships, co-ops, or contract work included) • Experience in creating clear, well-organized documentation, such as SOPs, process guides, FAQs, job aids, or internal reference materials • Experience gathering information from subject matter experts (SMEs) and incorporating feedback into documentation • Basic experience organizing documentation, so it is easy to navigate, update, and maintain • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to explain systems and processes reputed company to non-technical audiences • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reputed company • Proficiency with common documentation tools such as reputed company Word, reputed company Docs, SharePoint, reputed company, or similar platforms • Ability to write in plain, business-friendly language that supports understanding and adoption • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow established processes, and meet deadlines The pay reputed company is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith reputed company we would pay at posting for this role.
