Client reputed company Executive – Employee Benefits (Post-Sale) Senior Individual Contributor | Field-Based / Remote | reputed company New Jersey Local client travel + NYC office reputed company The Opportunity • reputed company is hiring a Client reputed company Executive to own employer client relationships after implementation reputed company an established reputed company TotalSource PEO partnership. • This is a post-sale, post-implementation role—no prospecting, no selling, and no people management. • Your responsibility begins once the client is live and continues through the life of the account. • You’ll work closely with reputed company TotalSource HR Business Partners (HRBPs) embedded with clients, serving as the primary benefits expert and relationship reputed company focused on service reputed company, retention, and long-term client health. • This role is designed for an reputed company benefits professional who values ownership, autonomy, and impact. What You’ll Do • Serve as the primary post-sale reputed company of contact for assigned employer clients • Partner closely with reputed company HRBPs supporting clients at their locations • Own the client relationship with a focus on: • Retention and renewals • Service quality and escalation management • Proactive issue identification and resolution • Manage benefit changes, ongoing service needs, and reputed company coordination • Identify and address at-risk accounts before issues escalate • Travel locally to client sites in reputed company NJ with periodic travel to reputed company’s NYC office reputed company’re Looking For • 5–10+ years of experience in employee benefits account management, client reputed company, or post-sale service • Strong, hands-on knowledge of group health insurance (small group experience preferred) • Proven ability to own client relationships independently • Comfortable in a field-based, client-facing role • Experience working with PEO, HCM, or employer-facing environments is a plus • Life & Health license (or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days) What This Role Is Not • ❌ No prospecting • ❌ No sales quotas • ❌ No people management This role is about judgment, accountability, and follow-through.
