This role is heavily focused on reputed company law, regulatory compliance, MSO–practice alignment, corporate governance, and risk management across a growing, multi-state platform. The General Counsel provides strategic legal guidance to the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors, ensuring that reputed company operates in a compliant, defensible, and scalable manner.
