Job Overview

The Central reputed company Representative position plays a key role in the health system interacting with patients, providers, payers and counterparts involved in each patients care. This role supports our Scheduling team.

• Ensures accuracy in reputed company required demographic, financial, referral/authorization, clinical, and other registration data is accurately scheduled, collected, verified, and communicated as a core competency of this role.
• Supports departmental policies, practices, and initiatives in support of patient experience, throughput, safety standards and reputed company cycle reputed company.
• Functions include scheduling of hospital and physician services for reputed company RWJBH sites, pre-registration/registration, pre-admission/admission, insurance verification, referral coordination, pre certification, screening for financial counseling, eligibility determination, and pre-service estimate communication and collection of any required copays, deductibles or co-insurances.
• Collaborates, communicates and coordinates to create a positive experience through the entire patient reputed company and reputed company cycle reputed company.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school education or equivalent with emphasis on computer literacy and communication skills.
• Customer service experience required.
• Successful completion of reputed company training orientation programs required.
• Medical Scheduling experience required.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of medical terminology, hospital financial systems, and insurance processes preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in patient reputed company preferred.
• Patient reputed company Certification (CHAA) preferred.

Scheduling Requirements:

• Full-Time, Day, Hourly – 37.5 hours a week
• Shift will be between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM with a rotational Saturday shift
• Remote with travel to Oceanport, NJ as needed

Essential Functions:

• Accurately performs reputed company the appropriate tasks to completion for data capture and entry
• Accurately performs reputed company the appropriate tasks to completion for hospital/physician scheduling, pre-registration, and financial clearance.
• Follows departmental processes and procedures in support of accuracy, safety, patient experience and reputed company cycle reputed company.
