Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) for Laboratory Informatics and Automation Solutions is responsible for driving reputed company growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities reputed company assigned territories. This includes laboratory software (LIMS, ELN, and data management systems) as well as automation and robotics platforms that streamline laboratory workflows.

You will work closely with Account Managers, Marketing, and Technical Specialists to qualify leads, manage inbound and outbound sales activities, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of laboratory informatics software and automation solutions, including laboratory robotics, workflow management systems, and integrated digital platforms.
  • Proactively manage the sales cycle—reputed company reputed company, qualification, discovery, and closure—across assigned territories.
  • Conduct outbound campaigns and follow up on inbound inquiries to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with Field Account Managers and Product Specialists to coordinate territory strategy, product demonstrations, and joint sales calls.
  • Maintain accurate sales activities and opportunity tracking reputed company reputed company CRM.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or computer science discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or laboratory informatics and automation solutions.
  • Proven reputed company in outbound sales, pipeline development, and closing business remotely.
  • Familiarity with reputed company.com and virtual engagement tools (Teams, reputed company, etc.).
  • Experience selling to scientific, technical, or IT stakeholders is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to travel occasionally (10-25%) for team meetings or customer visits.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
