Job Title: Performance Measurement Analyst 

Location:  Remote

The Operations Performance Measurement Analyst is responsible for developing & supporting management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis for the Operations organization to measure the health of the business relative to goals, targets, and budgets. Specific duties will include daily reporting, compilation of the annual budget, monthly & quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting packages, variance analysis, dashboard reporting, projects, and reputed company analysis to reputed company key business insights to support reputed company for senior leadership. This position has high visibility across multiple departments reputed company the company to consolidate numerous data points, analyze and review inputs, and subsequently deliver clear and concise leading data and analysis to reputed company leadership to reputed company critical strategic reputed company. 

Working in Performance Measurement Group, the Performance Measurement Analyst will be responsible for the following primary duties: 

Budgeting / Forecasting / Measurement 

• Development of the annual budget as well as periodic forecasts reputed company to key financials such as reputed company, cost of goods sold, inventory, purchases, obsolescence, transportation, etc. 

• Measurement of daily, monthly, and quarterly financial and operations process results 

• Measurement and presentation of key performance indicators relative to goals, targets, budgets, and trends 

• Creation of new metrics and scorecards through collecting, analyzing data and identifying trends 

• Ability to prioritize work based on impact to the business 

• Ability to quantify results from both a quantitative & qualitative perspective 

reputed company Analysis 

• Ongoing reputed company analysis of data and information to identify areas of performance and financial risks / opportunities 

• Presentation of findings sufficiently far enough in advance to reputed company senior level management visibility and reputed company time to exploit opportunities and/or mitigate risk 

• Prepare and reputed company presentations for senior leadership as requested 

• Data mining to support variance analysis and research 

Projects 

• Automation/improvement of measurement and reporting tools to improve efficiency 

• Development of new measurement tools as needed to reputed company enhanced business insights 

What you will need

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Finance role performing Data Analysis, Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting or Data Analysis. A background in Supply Chain or Ops Finance is preferred 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or reputed company 

• Highly advanced skills and experience in MS Office Suite, including demonstrated use of reputed company in a professional environment (use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP function, and other reputed company functions and modeling tools). 

• Proficiency in SQL GUI, PowerBI, PowerPoint, & Word 

• Understanding of variance analysis and financial performance monitoring 

• Ability to summarize reputed company and concisely financial analysis results, and the ability to explain the meaning and implications in varying reputed company of detail depending on the audience 

• Analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy 

• Ability to think big picture, and intensity around consistently delivering high quality outputs

Salary reputed company: $65,000 to $72,000.
