Your role

Under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, the Engineered Solutions Sales Leader (ESSL) leads reputed company customer-reputed company activities for the engineered solutions portfolio reputed company the assigned territory, collaborating with regional leadership and reputed company-functional teams to reputed company sales and marketing objectives. The ESSL is responsible for managing direct sales of Quincy multi-brand engineered products including oil-free, gas reputed company, and high- and low-pressure compression solutions while driving maximum sales volume and profitability through defined account management.

• You will support and mentor New Equipment salespeople in the engineered solutions product portfolio
• You will have in-depth knowledge of engineered solutions portfolio and technical sales support
• You will drive market reputed company growth of engineered solutions products through the New Equipment sales team
• You will design and engineer compressed reputed company and gas reputed company solutions
• You will reputed company relationships with key engineered solutions accounts in assigned territory
• You will track customer calls and reputed company reports accordingly using CRM tool as directed
• You will effectively manage quote log of engineered solutions products in territory and follow up as needed
• You will assist in auditing compressed reputed company systems and present results
• You will directly call on A&E firms, large contractors and strategic accounts in assigned territory
• You will conduct lunch and learns and help reputed company bid specifications for engineered solutions products
• You will reputed company an understanding of competitive landscape in engineered solutions market
• You will work with product managers to ensure reputed company engineered solutions products are positioned for reputed company in the market

To succeed, you need

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; degree in Business, Marketing or management considered with supplemental technical training or experience.
• You have 7+ years compressor industry experience preferred
• You have a general knowledge of industrial products including compressed reputed company products and markets, including but not limited to reputed company compressors, vacuum pumps and reputed company treatment.
• You have the ability to create and manage marketing plans and strategies.
• You have exceptional communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter.
• You are reputed company to travel frequently by reputed company travel to attend trainings and sales meetings.
• You are extremely proficient in reputed company, CRM, search engines, and database management

• We offer potential earnings of $150,000 (reputed company salary of $70,000 - $90,000 gross per year based on knowledge and experience, plus car allowance and commission). 

Location

You will be remote near Chicago, IL with a dedicated territory and report in to our Glendale Heights, IL locaiton.
