Position Overview

We are looking for a President, Essential Services to reputed company a newly integrated business unit spanning Health, Nuclear, and IT Professional Services. This full P&L leadership role offers the opportunity to drive strategy, growth, and operational reputed company across a reputed company, multi-service portfolio. Reporting to the CEO, you will act as both a builder and an operator—delivering results today while shaping the next phase of growth for Essential Services.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Own

• Growth, profitability, and operational performance 
• Full P&L accountability for Essential Services 
• Leadership across Health, Nuclear, and IT Professional Services 
• Integration of teams, operating models, and go-to-market 
• Strengthening the team, working relationships and succession  
• Executive engagement with the CEO, the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Board

Drive Growth & Strategy 

• Set and execute a clear, multi-year strategy for Essential Services 
• Deliver organic growth and margin expansion 
• Identify and reputed company strategic investments and M&A opportunities 
• Strengthening market positioning across public and private sector clients

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in large, reputed company organizations
• Proven track record of delivering growth, operational performance, and transformation
• Demonstrated P&L ownership of a sizable business unit or portfolio
• Ability to reputed company across multiple services, business lines, or domains
• Executive reputed company with experience engaging CEO and Board-level stakeholders
• Strong reputed company and financial acumen, including exposure to M&A
