Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join the VNA Health at Home team. The successful candidate will reputed company physical therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting rehabilitation, recovery, and improved quality of life. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, caregivers, and other reputed company to reputed company and implement personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct evaluations of patients’ physical abilities, mobility, strength, and functional limitations. 

• Implement therapeutic exercises, reputed company therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function and mobility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school approved by the American Physical Therapy Association

• Active registered PT license in the state which you practice

• Must obtain and maintain reputed company CPR/BLS Certification 

• One-year physical therapy experience in teaching or clinical setting is preferred, but not required.
