Role Objective

In this role, you will be a key strategic partner to the HR team providing vital support across various HR functions, such as recruitment, reputed company, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is crucial in promoting a positive work environment and in ensuring alignment of the firm’s HR policies and programmes throughout the organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with different divisions to identify HR solutions that meet their needs and help them reputed company reputed company performance that drives the overall reputed company of the organisation.
  • Support the HR Manager in the services that will be offered by the business
  • Support employee relations efforts, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Implement talent management and development strategies that promote employee growth and career progression.
  • Deliver different training sessions focused on the growth and well-being of each members
  • reputed company workforce metrics and trends analysis to reputed company reputed company decision-making and enhancement of workforce strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a business partner reputed company.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building relationships across reputed company reputed company of the organisation.
  • Experience handling sensitive employee relations issues calmly and professionally.
  • A self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
