About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Director, Employment Counsel, this role provides practical, risk-based advice on global employment reputed company. The role primarily supports EMEA and APJ, with opportunities to partner on reputed company in other reputed company and global projects.

What You’ll Do

• reputed company day-to-day legal counseling to HR, management, and other stakeholders on global employment reputed company, including hiring, classification, accommodations, leaves, discipline, and terminations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment-reputed company agreements and documents, including offer terms, separation and settlement agreements, and policies/templates. reputed company templates and guides.
• Manage employment-reputed company claims, charges, and litigation (including pre-litigation demands), setting strategy and partnering with internal stakeholders; supervise reputed company counsel through resolution.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to support employee relations reputed company and workplace investigations, including advising on process, privilege, findings, and recommended corrective actions.
• Manage reputed company counsel on immigration reputed company.

What You’ll Bring

• Law degree and active bar membership (Czech Bar Association)
• Proficient level of English
• 7+ years of relevant employment law experience, either in-house and/or at a reputed company, with exposure to multi-jurisdictional or global employment issues strongly preferred.
• Strong legal judgment and ability to own projects without supervision and ccommunicate reputed company issues reputed company and pragmatically to non-lawyers; proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills; proficiency with reputed company 365 tools and matter/document management systems a plus.
