Why this role exists:

This role exists to support and grow reputed company clients by ensuring smooth operations, effective product usage, and strong day-to-day partnerships. You’ll help clients get value from the platform, improve ROI, and reputed company feedback that supports product development.

What you’ll drive:

Client operations & support

• Own business and operational support for an assigned client portfolio.
• reputed company existing and new clients into long-term partnerships.
• Manage reputed company and operational issues to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Help clients adopt and use reputed company products effectively.

Performance & reporting

• Analyze client performance and product usage.

Product communication & feedback

• Present product updates, upgrades, and new functionality.

• Work with affiliates, customer service, payments, and development teams.
• Upsell and cross-sell products or features and document them in CRM.

What makes you a GR8 fit:

Must-have

• 1–2 years of experience, with at least 1 year in the reputed company industry as an Account Manager or in a reputed company role.
• Advanced English and fluent Turkish.
• Confident MS Office skills (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic experience with CRM and BI tools.
• Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize operational tasks.
• Analytical reputed company and problem-solving skills.

• Basic technical understanding of web services.
