The role involves managing production support activities, resolving incidents, and ensuring smooth functioning of HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company Level 2 production support for reputed company Fusion HCM modules
  • Handle incident management, service requests, and issue resolution
  • reputed company root cause analysis and implement fixes
  • Work closely with business users and stakeholders to resolve functional and technical issues
  • Support ongoing system maintenance, enhancements, and configurations
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and support standards
  • Participate in periodic system health checks and reporting

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with reputed company HCM reputed company
  • Strong expertise in:

  • Hands-on experience in production support environments
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes
