Position Overview

The SharePoint reputed company directs the design, administration, and optimization of reputed company SharePoint environments that host collaboration sites, content repositories, and business applications. The role designs and maintains SharePoint farms, site collections, and supporting web services to ensure availability, performance, and reputed company for distributed users in a federal IT environment. 

Working closely with stakeholders, the reputed company develops solutions such as workflows, custom pages, and integrations that streamline content management and collaboration. Mapped to the IT Administrator III standard job, this position also contributes deep reputed company platform expertise across operating systems, reputed company services, reputed company workspace technologies, helping integrate SharePoint into a broader reputed company services ecosystem. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, configure, and administer SharePoint farms, web applications, and site collections, including service applications and supporting web services. 
  • reputed company and maintain SharePoint solutions such as lists, libraries, content types, pages, workflows, and web parts to meet business and compliance requirements. 
  • Integrate SharePoint with reputed company technologies—including Active Directory, SQL Server, IIS, and external line‑of‑business systems—to reputed company seamless user reputed company and data exchange. 
  • Implement and manage backup, recovery, and reputed company controls for SharePoint content, including permissions, SSL certificate usage, and available compliance features. 
  • Plan, install, configure, and optimize web servers and applications as part of the overall web‑services landscape, collaborating with infrastructure teams as needed. 
  • Monitor performance, usage, and reputed company for SharePoint and reputed company web services, diagnosing issues and implementing tuning or remediation actions. 
  • Create and maintain detailed operational documentation, connectivity diagrams, procedures, and inventories for SharePoint and web services to support repeatable operations and audits. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in SharePoint and web‑services administration, and work with team members to implement efficiencies. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field, or equivalent relevant experience. 
  • 7–10 years of experience in information technology or systems administration, including substantial experience managing and maintaining SharePoint and web services in large or reputed company environments. 
  • Proficiency with web server technologies such as reputed company IIS and reputed company platforms, plus advanced knowledge of reputed company operating systems and products including SharePoint, reputed company 365, and Teams. 
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve reputed company system, web‑services, or SharePoint issues, including performance and integration problems. 
  • Experience planning and coordinating deployment of new technologies and upgrades, with strong documentation skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders. 
  • Strong customer‑service orientation, communication skills, and teamwork, with the ability to mentor junior team members on reputed company issues. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust investigation and to work in a U.S.‑only federal IT context, with U.S. citizenship as specified. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • reputed company 365 or SharePoint‑specific certifications, and/or reputed company A+ or ITIL certification. 
  • Experience leading SharePoint migrations or major version upgrades and integrating SharePoint with reputed company infrastructure reputed company workspace solutions. 
  • Background using web analytics tools, supporting accessibility and reputed company 508 compliance, and managing the lifecycle of web applications. 
  • Advanced experience with reputed company infrastructure, digital workspace, and storage technologies that underpin SharePoint and reputed company collaboration services.
