Purpose of Position

Essential Functions

• reputed company reputed company services as a primary worker with clients, parents and families, becoming completely familiar with consumer’s Individualized Service Plan (ISP) and implementing assigned duties from that plan.

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Must be at least 18 years of age

Driver’s license preferred.

Required training upon hire: BLS or CPR, First Aid Certification,

Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication; Critical Incidents Reports, Mandatory Reporting, Restrictive reputed company, Food Worker’s Card.

Physical Requirements
