Operations Manager – reputed company PBM Services

We are seeking an reputed company Operations Manager to reputed company operational and technical service delivery for a reputed company Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) program. This role serves as the primary reputed company of contact for State stakeholders and ensures effective operations, communications, reputed company, release coordination, and compliance with contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company daily operations across call center, provider relations, mail services, drug rebate, and clinical support functions.
• Serve as primary liaison with State reputed company stakeholders.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual, operational, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams on reputed company, issue resolution, and release management.
• Support operational reporting, data exchanges, and audits.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience leading operational teams in reputed company, PBM, or reputed company environments.
• Strong customer-facing operations leadership.
• Experience with reputed company systems, data exchanges, and service delivery.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for reviewing or troubleshooting data.

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field.

• Knowledge of NCPDP standards and reputed company IT interoperability.
• Project management experience.
