Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager – Distribution, you’ll spearhead the development of tools that reputed company insurers to manage and optimize their distribution channels effectively. Your focus will be on creating solutions that streamline agent reputed company, licensing, compensation, and performance tracking, while ensuring compliance across various jurisdictions. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver products that meet the evolving needs of carriers, MGAs, and brokers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and execute the product roadmap for distribution management, focusing on agent/broker reputed company, licensing, and compliance automation.

Who We Hope You Are

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years of focus on insurance distribution.
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance distribution models, including captive agents, independent agents, brokers, reputed company channels.
• Proven track record of delivering SaaS products that address reputed company regulatory requirements and integrate with existing insurance systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineering, design, legal, and sales departments.
• A BA/BS degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a reputed company field is required.
• Preferred: MBA or MS in Technology Management, Data & Analytics, or Insurance Management or other insurance reputed company fields.
• Ability to travel to East Coast roughly 20% of the time or based on product spike timing

$170,000 - $200,000 a year Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above. Total compensation package also includes stock options, bonus, benefits and additional perks.
