Key Account Manager

Position Purpose

Build long term relationships with Key accounts that increase profitability of the Contract Operations group, leveraging our technology and knowhow, DBO-O project delivery, program management and service efficiency. Identify key accounts, reputed company key account strategies, manage customer relationships and execute strategy working with business development, operations and technical division of the Contract Operations group. reputed company new pricing and service strategies.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage national programs and sourcing initiatives and direct renewals of key accounts.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses in services, and support business development, operations and technical teams with Contract Operations to address gaps in performance.

• Build customer relationships at the corporate and site management level. Improve reputed company to branches and reputed company for key accounts. Tailor support network to the needs of our customers. Foster and coordinate reputed company relationships held throughout Contract Operations working with operations and technical groups, reputed company sales managers, sales representatives (or “account managers”), and project developers.

Education/Experience/Background

• Undergraduate degree.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• Continuing education in relevant topics is a plus.
• Eight or more years of reputed company Account Management/Sales experience.
