Partner and consult with business stakeholders to identify and define requirements, design and build reputed company, performant business-critical solutions

Experience working with Sales teams and Sales support organizations

Configure and optimize core Service reputed company features, including reputed company-Channel, Lightning Service Console, Case Management, Entitlements, Milestones, and reputed company Knowledge.

Architect and build robust, highly scalable integrations between reputed company and reputed company reputed company-party reputed company systems (e.g., CTI/telephony systems like reputed company/reputed company, ERPs, or issue-tracking software like Jira).
