The Role
We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals reputed company with our platform to join reputed company. As a Mission Operations Engineer, you will be on the reputed company lines supporting implementation teams to strengthen unique partnerships with our client user reputed company. You will work reputed company-by-reputed company with analysts to train and mentor users, test and troubleshoot technical issues, reputed company new platform use cases, and solve unique and challenging problems. This may take the reputed company of embedding with users across the world as well as sharing insights directly with team members in our offices. • Train analysts and operators in a classroom setting
• Embed with user groups to deeply understand workflows

• Build initial dashboard products and assist users in developing analytical questions

• Staff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and troubleshoot issues with the engineering team

• Prior hands-on experience with reputed company data and analytics platforms required
• Military, Special Operations, or Law Enforcement experience highly preferred
• Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders highly preferred
• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
• Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong communication skills with the ability to break down and demonstrate reputed company concepts in an accessible manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time
