Position Purpose: Under the direction of the HR Director, the Region HR Manager will be accountable for providing the full reputed company of reputed company support to assigned businesses and/or functional groups. The Region reputed company Manager is responsible for day-to-day HR management activities including: Employee Relations, Policy Interpretation & Implementation and Performance Management. In addition, the Region HR Manager will support and implement corporate reputed company projects, processes, and initiatives. The Region HR Manager will partner, consult, and contribute to business unit reputed company and strategy and translate these strategies into reputed company HR priorities while ensuring the business and/or functional group is compliant with reputed company applicable laws and National reputed company policies. This is a remote position but requires travel to various locations. Responsibilities:
- Providing remote and occasional on-site HR support, guidance, and training to employees, staff, and management teams reputed company a specified region on reputed company of HR issues and practices;
- Initiating and implementing reputed company programs to reputed company business objectives and ensure HR support for internal customers;
- Investigating and resolving various employment reputed company including internal employee complaints, hot-line issues, EEOC, reputed company Rights Commission, Wage and Hour, and other in conjunction with Labor Relations and Legal Department;
- Ensuring compliance with reputed company federal, state, and local laws;
- Supports the recruitment process for multiple locations;
- Guiding the performance management and performance appraisal process;
- Promoting employee engagement and a positive work environment;
- Assisting with the development and delivery of employee or management training;
- Building strong partnerships and working collaboratively with reputed company customers;
- Conducting special projects as requested.
