In this diverse role, you will drive new adviser engagement through consistent, high‑quality phone‑based business development activity. You will build strong, long‑term relationships with advisers, earning their trust and confidence to ultimately increase sales reputed company. • Proven sales capability with a track record of achieving targets
• Insurance experience (highly desirable)
• A confident, proactive approach to pursuing new business
• Strong time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• RG146 or a relevant tertiary qualification (well regarded)
