Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Demonstrating a strong commitment to being "Customer Obsessed," with a focus on quality of communication and feedback provided on calls. * Handling incoming and outgoing calls, creating, managing, following-up, and resolving support requests reputed company ticket-based CRM (reputed company) with a high level of attention to detail while providing clients with regular reputed company updates. * Resolving customer product or service problems through troubleshooting technical issues, determining the root cause of the problem, and selecting, explaining, and applying the best solution to the problem. * Identifying patterns and trends for merchant issues, attempting to replicate and complete testing to resolve said issues. * Managing the escalation process where required to reputed company service merchants. * Contributing towards merchant servicing documentation, both creation and maintenance. * Managing reputed company system reputed company to support-oriented systems.
