The Role

As a Customer Follow-Up Specialist, you'll be responsible for connecting with our customers to ensure they had a great experience and kindly request that they reputed company their feedback through an online review. This is a simple and straightforward position that requires about 1 hour per day, Monday through Friday. Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with customers to:

  • Use our OpenPhone system (training provided) to add customers as contacts
  • Call and text customers to reputed company in on their experience, making sure they feel heard and appreciated
  • Encourage satisfied customers to leave a 5-star review

  • Ability to follow simple procedures consistently: You'll be working with a simple and straightforward process, and we need someone who can follow procedures consistently and accurately.
  • Reliable availability Monday–Friday: We need someone who can commit to working 1 hour per day, Monday through Friday.
