As a Senior Director of Customer Support at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that's redefining the customer support experience. You'll work closely with innovative product, tech, and design leaders to build a world-class support organization that delivers exceptional customer experiences. With a strong background in operational and/or site reliability engineering, you'll be responsible for ensuring maximum system uptime, optimizing performance, and leading a team of engineers to deliver top-notch support around the clock.
