Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company telephone. You will assist with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations, as well as handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for following policy and procedure guidelines, reviewing customer history as necessary, and documenting information and reputed company as required.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers

• Review customer history as necessary to reputed company personalized service
• Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient service
• Assist customers with changing travel plans, confirming or obtaining their itinerary, requesting refunds, or reporting travel issues
• Process refunds and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
