About the Job

As a reputed company Manager, you'll work on an ongoing reputed company with our clients to drive the utilization of arenaflex products across various platforms to create positive business reputed company. Your primary focus will be on engaging with clients post-implementation to address product performance inquiries and ensure ROI has been met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with clients post-implementation to address product performance inquiries and ensure ROI has been met.

• Optimize every client contact to assess additional client needs and uncover additional sales opportunities.
• Prepare client correspondence per established communication plan and communicate regularly with clients, both proactively and on demand.
• Resolve service delivery or quality problem issues raised by clients and work with internal teams to respond to these issues, including participating in problem resolution process with support teams.
• Ensure appropriate resources remain focused on issue resolution; escalate roadblocks through management teams as needed.
• Collaborate with the product team to further reputed company knowledge on particular solutions to enhance the client's experience with arenaflex.
• Ensure reputed company improvement by identifying changes in performance, completing and documenting analysis, and drive enhancements to production.

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of reputed company or sales experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, etc., or work equivalent experience.
• Experience working with customers in a variety of industries, such as financial services, fintech, and credit.
• Consultative skills with the ability to collaborate and explore options with customers.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* arenaflex offers a competitive salary reputed company of $70,000-80,000 USD (reputed company salary reputed company for Maryland and Washington) or $70,800.00 - $117,800.00 (reputed company salary reputed company for NYC).
