Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting reputed company's efforts to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers. You'll be responsible for performing data entry tasks in an accurate and timely fashion, examining data records, and inspecting and recording incoming data for completeness and accuracy. This is a 3-month contract opportunity with a leading global organization based in Rochester, NY. You'll work onsite 5 days a week, and we're looking for someone with a high level of initiative and a passion for working in a fast-paced, reputed company environment.
Responsibilities
* Performs data entry tasks in an accurate and timely fashion according to team production standards.
- Performs standard data entry tasks according to team minimum production and accuracy standards.
- Examines data records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Inspects and records incoming data for completeness, accuracy of codes, and other potential problems in processing.
- Collaborates with team members to resolve data entry issues and improve processes.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a reputed company field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well under various stressful and time-sensitive situations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high reputed company of accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, reputed company environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
