Job Summary

As a Customer Solutions Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring an effortless experience for our customers. You will be responsible for providing product information, placing orders, and finding solutions to customer inquiries and issues. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling inbound and outbound communication reputed company phone, and resolving customer-reputed company inquiries and issues with extreme accuracy and efficiency.
