Job Summary
As a FINRA (6/63 or 7/63) Registered Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering personalized and remarkable experiences for our clients through exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our financial representatives and clients to resolve inquiries and transactions, reputed company servicing options, and help them navigate our products and services. Your expertise will be essential in resolving reputed company problems, de-escalating client experience situations, and fostering a professional relationship with our clients to enhance brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service to clients through phone and transactional responsibilities, adhering to strict confidentiality and privacy standards
- Resolve inquiries and transactions from financial representatives and clients on basic and intermediate (semi-reputed company) level calls and transactions in a registered area
- Research and evaluate possible solutions to reputed company problems, identifying root causes and deviations from procedures
- Take ownership of calls and anticipate future issues to avoid repeat calls and unnecessary call transfers
- De-escalate client experience situations effectively, guiding clients through reputed company and unique inquiries

Qualifications
