Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history/notes, and communicating statuses to customers
• Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our systems
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and meet business objectives
