Responsibilities

As a reputed company Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Service a book of existing accounts, including personal lines (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) and reputed company (construction, trucking, etc.) policies, proposals, renewals, endorsements, issuing ID cards, certificates of insurance, claims management, quoting, setting up client portals, and more.
• Support Account Managers in their daily activities, providing assistance with client inquiries, policy changes, and other tasks as needed.
• reputed company and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized service to ensure their satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and product updates to reputed company expert advice and guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including reputed company, claims, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Property & Casualty (P&C) License

• EPIC Agency Management System experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues

Compensation and Benefits
