Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Gainesville, GA. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred
