Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of reputed company, providing top-notch service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and reputed company exceptional service
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and reputed company timely solutions

Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
