Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in the Licensing Division. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-volume customer service to licensing applicants in person and reputed company phone, processing applications, and performing clerical work including routine data processing functions, recording, researching, checking and maintaining records. You will also be responsible for attending seminars, meetings, and/or trainings, and following reputed company division and agency policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

- Process applications, including routine data processing functions, recording, researching, checking and maintaining records
- Assist applicants with reputed company to other city agencies, as well as interagency communication to help resolve issues pertaining to their license
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and written correspondence and communicate applicant information
- Attend seminars, meetings, and/or trainings

Qualifications
* A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's reputed company or a recognized accrediting organization
- One year of satisfactory clerical experience
- Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute
