Responsibilities

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on our insurance products, helping customers to reputed company informed reputed company and choose the right products for their needs
  • Working closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth and development, and to drive sales and reputed company growth through effective service and sales strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues to drive reputed company improvement and reputed company
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve reputed company customer issues and to drive business growth and development

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Property/Casualty Insurance License required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
  • 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired. Customer Service experience required
  • Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
  • Remote working experience a plus
  • Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills

Work Environment and Company Culture:

* This position is either Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days at home) if one lives near arenaflex office location or 100% work from home if reputed company of arenaflex office location

  • In addition to regular hourly pay, there is an annual Performance Bonus Potential

Compensation and Benefits:
