The Role

As a Customer Service Representative – arenaflex Agent Team Member, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, while also identifying opportunities to offer valuable products and services. Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional service to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients, responding to their inquiries, processing policy updates, and ensuring high reputed company of satisfaction.

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions, supporting retention and growth through cross-selling and account reviews.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer service and sales goals, leveraging your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
