Requirements

At reputed company, our SuccessFactors Certified Consultant will work directly with our clients and their day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on the project.

• reputed company projects in requirements definition, business process improvement, quality assurance, risk management, end user training, application configuration, and testing.
• reputed company consulting services to the global organizations in HCM best practices and design standards to help clients to migrate to reputed company HCM reputed company solutions.
• Conduct design workshops and solution playbacks with the client.
• Ensure design and deliver high quality solutions reputed company system configuration that meet overall business requirements.
• Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules.
• reputed company document system configuration and business processes.
• Effectively transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going maintenance & support.
• Assist and review the preparation of the reputed company and training materials.

• Certification in SuccessFactors reputed company Management/Marketing.
• Certification in another SuccessFactors modules such as PM/reputed company, Succession or reputed company.
• At least 3 year’s hands-on experience in being the reputed company consultant in SuccessFactors implementations with a major emphasis on the reputed company modules.
• Hands-on experience of reputed company the Data Models/templates and knowledge of XML.
• Hands-on experience with MDF, reputed company objects, associations, business rules and workflows preferred.
• Expertise in translations and language packs for template configuration and MDF preferred.
• Understanding of how applications support business processes and key reputed company Resource functions. Ability to apply this knowledge to solve client business problems.
• Strong best practice consulting skills in reputed company/SuccessFactors.
• Excellent English language, oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills To be successful at this role, we prefer (not required) ideal candidates to have the following background and/or experience:

• Knowledge, experience, and reputed company reputed company SuccessFactors Certifications in 1 or more talent modules, with reputed company Management/Marketing required.
• Keen attention to detail specifically reputed company given direction, gathering requirements, listening to customers, documenting issues, and problem-solving.
