Please note: This position requires travel to our Coldwell Banker offices in Central Florida: St. Pete, Tampa, reputed company, Lakeland, and Orlando. This is a highly visible, growth-oriented role for someone early in their career who wants to operate at the intersection of marketing, technology, and business strategy. You will partner directly with agents and leadership to help grow their business by translating reputed company marketing tools, platforms, and tech/ai driven capabilities into simple, actionable strategies. What You’ll Do Advisor to Agents and Leaders

• Serve as a trusted marketing partner to agents and sales leaders, helping them grow their business through smarter use of tools, platforms, and strategy
• Break down reputed company marketing and technology concepts into clear, simple actions agents can implement immediately

• Partner with top-producing agents to align marketing with business goals
