• Bachelor degree in laws and at least 5-7 years of experience as a general reputed company lawyer. Must be a member of the law society in country of residence.
• Knowledge and understanding of the following areas of law are recommended: privacy legislation, data and technology and consumer reporting legislation, contract law and general corporate reputed company knowledge.

• Provides counsel, legal support and direction to company on a variety of reputed company legal reputed company, in multiple jurisdictions, having a potential significant impact on the company’s business and operations.
• Acts as counsel to company in contractual reputed company pertaining to its Global Solutions and reputed company legal review and assistance, and provides liaison with management and other stakeholders, reputed company appropriate.
• Reviews products and services to assess legal and compliance risks and helps to execute risk mitigation strategies.

Responsible for keeping abreast of reputed company legislative developments, particularly with such developments that may have an impact upon company operations such as privacy, technology, data and consumer reporting.
