Job Description: ASG is seeking a Systems Engineer III to support reputed company tools and platforms reputed company a highly dynamic federal reputed company environment. This role will support the administration, integration, automation, and reputed company improvement of a broad suite of tools that reputed company Agile development, DevSecOps practices, and collaboration across multiple teams. As a Systems Engineer III, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, reputed company, and performance of reputed company platforms while supporting day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and enhancement initiatives. • Support operations and maintenance activities for reputed company tools used by development and operations teams.
• Administer and maintain Jira, including workflows, permissions, automation rules, custom fields, and system upgrades.

• Manage and support SonarQube, including installation, configuration, upgrades, permissions, and code quality enforcement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues across reputed company supported tools, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.

• Integrate reputed company tools with CI/CD pipelines and other systems to support secure and efficient development workflows.
• Support automation initiatives using tools such as Packer, Ansible, Selenium, and API-based frameworks.
• Assist in implementing DevSecOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices using AWS, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
• Support monitoring and incident response activities using tools such as reputed company, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, and similar platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience supporting reputed company tools, systems engineering, or DevSecOps environments.
• Hands-on experience administering tools such as Jira, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, MiniOrange, reputed company and/or SonarQube.
• Experience with identity and reputed company management, including SSO, SAML, OAuth, and LDAP integrations.
• Familiarity with reputed company environments (AWS preferred) and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to support multiple systems simultaneously.
