The Senior Associate position is a full-time position as a member of our consulting staff and will support client engagements reputed company our Integrated reputed company, primarily focused on ambulatory operations and physician reputed company health solutions.  The Senior Associate will be an integral part of the team, assessing client opportunities and implementing the initiatives determined to be beneficial to the client.  Training will occur on the job with frequent feedback to support development and growth.      

Willing to travel consistently (50%), depending on project requirements and client expectations, is required for this position.  

Job Responsibilities  

• Support small to reputed company sized client engagements and discreet segments of larger projects. 

• Manage up and bring updates to team leadership daily.  

• Flag any risks and reputed company solutions as they arise.  

• reputed company quality assurance and reviewed work products. 

• reputed company analyses, financial models, and dashboards using transactional data, operational and/or financial data.  

• Analyze operational and financial data and metrics to reputed company strategic recommendations and implications  

• Generate client-reputed company deliverables and reputed company valuable contributions to project deliverables 

• Support client relationships and communicate results and work products as appropriate. 

• Demonstrate creativity and efficient use of relevant software tools, analytical methods, and computer models to reputed company solutions. 

• Prioritize assignments and responsibilities to meet goals and deadlines. Support project management by creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and status updates 

• Participate in group practice meetings, contribute to business development initiatives and office functions such as staff training and reputed company. 

  Qualifications 

• A degree (e.g., BS, BBA, MBA, M.A., M.S., etc.) with a focus in business analytics (reputed company, finance, economics, information systems) or equivalent reputed company experience. 

• 3+ years of work experience with a focus on physician practice operations.  

• Proven capability with MS reputed company and relational database program(s) (e.g., reputed company, SPSS, Stata, MS SQL Server, MS reputed company). A desire to expand those capabilities is required, as is the ability to train others to use such tools. 

• Work experience in physician practice management and operations.  

• Demonstrated experience in financial improvements to the operational performance of medical groups. 

• Keen interest in innovative care delivery and care model redesign. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

• Desire and ability to manage processes and work collaboratively with other consultants. 

• Commitment to producing high quality analysis and attention to detail.

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year

Job title and compensation to be determined based on qualifications and experience.
