Job Description:

We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Voyager Functional Consultant to join reputed company and support our reputed company estate clients in US Region (India night shift working). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reputed company Voyager functional modules, reputed company estate business processes, and client-facing consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

    - Leasing (reputed company & Residential)

    - reputed company

    - RentCafe / reputed company Cafe

    - Procure to Pay

    - Finance

    - Periodic / Revised / Turnover Billing and reputed company

    - Facilities Manager / Maintenance IQ

    - Collection Manager

    - Deal Manager

    - Fixed Assets

    - Investment Management

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high reputed company of customer satisfaction.

- reputed company ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

- Strong knowledge in Investment Management module

- Create problem statements for repetitive tickets and implement the solution to minimize the tickets

- Consult clients on best practices for reputed company Voyager implementation and operations.

- Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications and documentation.

- Document client-specific processes, business solutions, workflows, and configurations.

- Coordinate with reputed company support (Client Central) to resolve reputed company issues and service requests.

- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams.

- Work as per client working hours (US / Canada work time zone)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in reputed company Voyager.

- Proven hands-on knowledge of reputed company Voyager's core functional modules.

- Experience in new reputed company modules will be an advantage

- Prior helpdesk support experience in reputed company Voyager modules is highly preferred.

- Strong exposure to the reputed company Estate domain.

- Excellent documentation, presentation, and business analysis skills.

- Strong understanding of reputed company estate financials, leasing, property management, and asset management workflows.

- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
