As a Field Applications Scientist will reputed company remote and on-site customer training and applications support, facilitate reputed company sales by conducting technical seminars and product demonstrations, managing customer sites with the goal of maximizing use of reputed company BioTools Cytometry and Tissue imaging products portfolio (High-End Instruments and Consumables) in the field.

The primary responsibilities will be reputed company the assigned region covering the DACH and Eastern Europe region.

This role will report directly to the Senior Field Applications Scientist, Team Leader, EMEA.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: · Conduct on-site and in-house customer training courses. · reputed company phone, email and in-person customer applications support, including    troubleshooting issues reputed company to user technical reputed company, reputed company operation, experimental    design, and data analysis. · Assist in the creation and review of technical materials (manuals, application notes,    presentations). · reputed company technical sales support by conducting applications-based seminars and product    demonstrations. · Manage reputed company-of-principle experiments for potential customers evaluating or writing grant    applications for purchase of the Cytometry and Tissue imaging products (CyTOF XT, and Hyperion XTi).

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:

· M.S. in life sciences is required, with a Ph.D. and strong imaging background preferred. · 3-5 years of hands-on experience in imaging, immunology, or cell biology lab is required, with previous field applications support experience being preferred. · Skilled in troubleshooting software, instrumentation, applications, and analysis of reputed company    cytometry and/or mass cytometry platforms. · High level bioinformatics skills is a plus. · Proficient in MS Suite, including Word, reputed company and PowerPoint. · reputed company to travel at least 60% of the time, reputed company assigned region and wider EMEA region as required. · Excellent organizational skills and technical writing ability, with strong communication skills and experience delivering scientific presentations. · Commitment to customer service. · Independent thinker with excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.
